Returns and Refunds

At Modern Cultural Couture

We ensure every product is quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. We deal in premium designer wear, hence we have a strict return policy.

1. We Accept Returns ONLY in Following Cases:

•  Defective / Damaged product

•  Wrong product / Wrong size delivered

•  Major manufacturing defect

2. Conditions for Return - VERY IMPORTANT:

A) 360° Uncut Parcel Opening Video is COMPULSORY

To claim any defect, you MUST share a complete, uncut, 360° video of opening the parcel from start to end, without any pause or cut.

•  Video must clearly show the sealed parcel, courier label, and opening process.

•  Returns without a proper opening video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

B) Report Within 3 Days

Any defect must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the parcel. After 3 days, no claim will be entertained.

3. What is NOT Considered a Defect?

Please note, returns will NOT be accepted for:

•  Slight color variation due to lighting, screen resolution and photography

•  Size does not fit / Customer ordered wrong size

•  Dislike of product, fabric, or work after delivery

•  Minor variations in embroidery/lace which are part of handmade products

4. How to Raise a Return Request:

1.  Record your 360° opening video.

2.  WhatsApp us at [+919458418591] with your Order ID + Video + Photos of defect within 3 days.

3.  Our team will verify within 24-48 hours.

4.  Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product.

5. Refund / Exchange:

•  Once we receive and check the defective product, exchange will be shipped.

•  If exchange is not available, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

•  For COD orders, refund will be given as store credit / bank transfer.

6. Important Points:

•  Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

•  Customer needs to bear return courier charges if the claim is invalid.
