Delivery & returns
Prepaid orders ship free and are dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery takes 3–5 business days. Cash on delivery is available across India (₹50 fee, 5–10 business days). Tracking details are sent by email and SMS.
Defects or wrong items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video — see our returns & claims policy.
Stitching & sizing
Unstitched suits are supplied as fabric with all embellishments as listed, ready for your tailor. Need help with measurements or a stitching recommendation? Message us before ordering.
Fabric care
Dry clean recommended for embroidered, chiffon and silk pieces. Iron on reverse; avoid direct heat on embroidery and adda work.
